At first I was very excited about the customer service experience I had; but after getting to my hotel I was quite dissapointed that the room I was told I had a reservation for was not what I got. After the first night the hotel did switch me to the room I had originally asked for; they told me that the travel agency booked me for something else. They obviously didn’t refund me for the first night since it wasn’t their fault.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They promised a cancellation number within 24 hours and I never received it (not in SPAM either), but when I asked they did provide it promptly in a separate email. Got a great rate for a hotel in Miami Florida!
