Great location to downtown. Facility is well maintained and indoor pool is always fun for the kids. Great continental breakfast. Only downside is the mattresses in the room are not that comfortable.

The staff at the Carmen are the kindest I’ve met in Playa. Room is interesting and functional. Great food and drinks at the restaurant. Intimate boutique on the beach well suited for groups of friends, couples. Adults only, which is great!!

I had had a good deal price wise, reason why I was a little skeptical that might found any surprise at the time of the check in. For my surprise , there was not issues at all at the tume I checked in at the Resort where I stayed in Cancun.

The room rate, room size and cleaniness of hotel was very good. What I didn't appreciate was first of all was that my reservation was nowhere to be found and I was given a room with no balcony and a depressing view of the hotel's rear portico.

The hotel was very nice, however, if you are allergic to scents, please be aware. When you walk into the lobby, it's as though you are walking into a bottle of perfume. The fragrance is overpowering and in fact, it is also in the rooms. I had to leave our door opened in the middle of winter to air it out.

The price was amazing. I was able to stay at a 4-star hotel with 25% discount rate, which no other discount site offered. Unfortunately, the check in took more than 15 minutes because although I made a reservation under my name, apparently Hotel Power provided the information to the hotel that the reservation was made under my guest’s name, which was strange.

The room was nice I liked it, specially the big screen smart tv. but if it was not because of a noise from the sink it would be a 5 stars. Sometimes I hear a loud noise coming from the sink, I guess is something with the pluming or something.
