The hotel we wanted to stay were all booked! Came upon this site and paid a little extra but was able to get the date and hotel when everyone and other sites couldn't! If all goes well, I will be using them again, forget about calling the hotel, call Hotel Power instead!

The booking of two rooms was easy enough and the price was very reasonable. The only problem i had was when i got the confirmation of the reservations the both rooms were under my name and there is no way to change it in the system. i called customer service and after a very long wait i finally left my number to get a call back. i got the call back explained my situation but the csr was not able to help me and gave me the corporate office email to write to them. i did bit have not heard back as yet.
