“For the first time i can tell you that im VERY satisfied. ”

I have been hosting with for over 3 months now, and I have not any bad experience with them. Customer service is second to none. All my support requests are handled under 5 minutes. For the first time i can tell you that im VERY satisfied.
My site is up 99% of the time - compared to being down lots of the time with previous hosts. The service to get things repaired are quick and I must again praise their competent and prompt support.

“Full Service & helpful Support!! ”

Now, after 2 years i can say that they really do a good job. I had some Problems and they helped me really to solve them. I run some ecommerce Sites and they are working stable!
I read that they are going to extend their Services and 24/7 Support! Best Experience with hosting ever!!!

“Top Hosting”

We needed a server in the UK and decided for, which is very reliable. The suport was friendly hand helpful for our 2 Questions we had before. Everything is fine so far!

We have bought base package, which is quite enough for us. We are very satisfied, I would recommend it anytime to a friend!
The site is clear and promises what she thinks...
Incidentally, the value for money is really great!

4 of 5 stars so far for the support, the pricing and the company!

“Avoid avoid avoid”

Many outages and 4 days ago they lost all of our data.

They then misconfigured the new DNS - and have simply ignored us for 4 days - it's killing our business.

Avoid like the plague.

“Setting up fourth friends account today”

Having hosted with myself now for three years , i have been so impressed with the after sales service provided i have recommended them to four friend who have all now moved from previous hosting companies to these guys.

Every set up has been uneventful , including one account who they transfered in numerous websites and email accounts.

Also as I live in UK and the servers are in London all of our websites now load far faster than they ever did when hosted overseas

“Worst hosting company ever”

Signup up for a simple basic VPS thinking it would be ready in 2/3 hours 12 hours later and still nothing so cancelled order....possible the worst hosting company I've ever had the misfortune to use AVOID AT ALL COSTS....

“Extremely helpful, competitively priced web hosting”

I needed to expand my website and shopped around looking for some ideas of services, pricing and so forth before deciding to use following a recommendation from a friend.
The Support staff were really helpful during and after the transfer process, talking me through any problems I had and even cleaning up a MySQL issue I'd run into for me. It's been three days and everything is working brilliantly and everyone I've spoken to has replied quickly and politely.

Do not, and I repeat, do not use this company.

I have been with them (unfortunately) for a year after seeking to expand my business and moving to them from another hosting provider and it was a terrible decision to make.

My site has currently been off line all day, with no contact from, and after four hours of trying to contact them they have not responded to any communication at all.

I have had business with several hosting companies over the past 5 years and this is the absolute worst I have ever experienced.

This company is not fit for purpose and their poor service is verging on criminal.

“Service has deteriorated / Average Server Speeds”

For the first 10 months been OK but recently had several instances of non responsive servers.

I have also requested support on why there TTFB and Page Load times are distinctly average and if there is anything I could do to speed these up. THey have not responded to my requests for help in this area.

I am now considering moving to a company with 3x faster TTFB / page load times for broadly the same money

“Great to start with, shocking a year later!”

At the start, our website was fast and reliable. had a phone number and live chat for support.

Now, a year later, their servers hosting our site are more down, than up, they have no live chat support, no telephone support, and support requests take anywhere up to 24hrs to get responded to.

Their support center always blames our website for being down, however, we host multiple domains, some with only the simplest of html, and they are down too. To the whole world.

Check the smallprint, they also say unlimited bandwidth, but throttle your whole account to 1mb/s for ALL websites on that account.

They'll also block your IP if you connect multiple computers to their IMAP service for e-mail.

This is now a problem for our business and we are looking for an alternative. They are extremely unhelpful in responding to support requests, but quick in sales requests. Need I say more.

ONLY buy from them if you don't want to actually USE your service.

A few details about my service so you can judge for yourself.

1 Ultimate account (their highest shared hosting account)
On that account are 4 active domain names with websites.
Of those websites, 1 is PHP Laravel website, 2 WordPress websites, 1 HTML website.
We run probably about 20 e-mail addresses and 4 databases. cannot keep our service up for more than a few days and this latest stint (that has prompted me to write this review) has been down for 2hrs solid with no word from support even though I've logged a high priority support request.

Their advice was "use one of our VPS or dedicated hosting packages".
Please avoid this company.

“cant manage large website”

slow servers their customer service people are arrogant and blame your website rather than themselves.the so called UNLIMITED usage is rubbish if you have a large website like i do with a forum and a huge gallery and website (motorcycles) they limit the usage so the website slows down to a snails pace.useless now have to find a new host pure waste of time!

“Terrible speeds and poor service”

Do not bother with this company if your site receives anything more than very low traffic or you plan to have anything more than a blog hosted with them. With only ten visitors our site seems to max out and prevents all from viewing or navigating, and we've now heard the same things from other customers of theirs too.

When you're buying affordable hosting, you need to make sure the company can actually handle the site you want to build. It's great seeing "unlimited" all over the place, but this is NOT unlimited.

They do not have the infrastructure in place to manage a decent site with good traffic. You will likely end up moving to something more appropriate very quickly, just as we are now planning to do.

“I liked it”

I am not some power user. But I do my way around web hosting.
This one is exactly that: a web hoster.
And a good one at that.

I too had a problem with my Wordpress installation. And I have received a good and fast Customer Support (although the mistake was mine, and I am sure the Support Guy figured that out quickly.

I like it.

“Customer support awful”

Where do i start, okay so they're cheap and had pretty good reviews, i like the fact they seemed like a small business and would deal with each customer individually. Everything was okay until i ran into a problem, a technical problem. Which there online support staff, just could not answer they might as well have been robots they were unless, had to swing a lot of emails back and forward, moving up technical support level, when i completely lost it, they provided no VALID phone number, just a voicemail, and customer support would not provide me with one. They said they were working with my issue, FACT is it was there issue, there server and a issue with disabled SSLv3 which was a protocol google made insecure. This is nothing to do with me, yet my site went down on black Friday - the busiest day of the year! If i could give it 0 start for support i would!

“Impeccable Service” have been absolutely fantastic. I initially started off on a reseller package which I was very impressed with. I demand a lot from support as a developer, due to running around 40/50 websites at once, some being very usage heavy, I tend to run into issues quite frequently. These are ALWAYS fixed within a few hours. Since joining, I have upgraded to a VPS package where the migration was all taken care of for me including a SSL certificate purchase and setup with minimal downtime. I highly recommend these guys for single site and multi-site hosting.

“10/10, would buy (again)”

i needed a quick and easy web hoster. googled, found this one, ordered and was surprised:

i have set up countless blogs/websites for friends and family, some of which were hosted on some strange servers managed by even stranger hosters, so i know my stuff.

with this one everything went smooth, especially for the low price.

i didn't expect much due to the prices. but they actually delivered. nothing world changing in my opinion, but still, one of the better services out there.

“ is the Worst Affiliate Programme!”

This is probably the worst affiliate programme I have ever encountered, awful customer service along with what seems to be a non communicative team who like to pass an enquiry off to another department!! Stay clear if you are an affiliate!
