You should be able to access your doctor's notes there. This is private to you and your doctor of course. Also, your recommendation is available on the site in your medical case area as well. I had never heard of HelloMD before seeing a link on my favorite collective's site. from the time I made my first contact, my questions were answered promptly and I was walked thru the process and had my recommendation renewal in less than an hour.
