It was extremely convenient to meet the Doctor over video chat. Simple process and received a pdf copy by email within 10 minutes. The paper copy and ID card arrived in the mail about a week later. I recommend this to anyone not wanting to drive and wait in a long line to see a Doctor. I told my friend about HelloMD and he signed up the same day and received his recommendation as well. Felt like I was in a real doctor's office. My anxiety makes it hard for me to leave the house and go have one on one meetings with people I don't know. I had a great experience with HelloMD. The online registration was easy and quick --much quicker than getting an appointment at a regular Dr.'s office. I was able to video chat with a Dr. the same day. She was knowledgeable about my specific concerns, and very compassionate. The customer service was great and my rec arrived fast. No stigma, or akwarness, just a company of people that understand the value of providing access to alternative medicine. I would reccomend this service and will use it again. My only caveat would be that some patients may have difficulty with the technology aspect. You are required to download some video conferencing software for the virtual appointment. I had no issues with this, but patients that are less technologically inclined may need assistance or alternatives.

I was tentative to turn to cannabis because of the stigma attached with "pot smokers". I have been suffering from insomnia and was having adverse effects from taking Ambien on a regular basis. A friend recommended I try cannabis drops but I had no idea how to go about getting a card and the process seemed sketchy and daunting. Then I heard about HelloMD.
