Like the category tabs better but the other site design was aesthetically more pleasing. Site is also very slow. Use the old site design but straighten up the categories. The new site categories is better organized.

New site was a big effort to migrate using new codes. But data base is too heavy for that new scripts. I miss the New Product menu and window.

Cant place an order, keep getting an error on checkout. Cant pick if you want a signature or not, i wish you didn't change the checkout page at all, now I've been submitting several tickets about this and there are a lot of others that cant even place an order, i was told that I'm doing everything right but when pressing the place order button it hangs and comes back with an error Gateway error code E00027. But i had no problem placing the order elsewhere, I'm sorry to say your going to lose a lot of business this year by the way your site isn't working right, cant pick anything on checkout considering back ordered or out of stock parts, and so on. I really think you messed up something that was working great. As now if you search for something it comes back with that doesn't exist, or even if you search using your part number it will not find anything. Please fix your site and go back to what actually worked. Its amazing that the simplest things can become the largest impact on a company as now I and many others are going elsewhere to avoid the slow site and lets say you search DJI only a few things come up, where before every product they make or have came up and you could go through the 6 pages of parts and find whatever was new or what you wanted. Very very disappointed at the fact that if you were going to place an order that the insurance part what raised from .75 cents to $3 now even if its a 5 dolor order and the shipping was raised also, and don't say that its a Fed Ex policy, as others are still at the same prices. I really think you made a mistake.

I agree with the others it is a little slow and sometimes won't come up at all. Helicopters are not listed in any order. Looks better but nothing else. Also don't like the new wish list, needs to show the prices and have a way to move it to the cart.

Site it so slow, paint dries faster! Sorry this isn't an upgrade, its a MAJOR DOWNGRADE. Starting to look else ware for shopping.

It looks pretty when first navigated. However, when you drill down to product details, the image alignment and description alignment are not in sync and thus overlaying on top of each other and the background image. It feels like a novice catalog / order system like you would see on AWS or 1and1.com
The latest issue is that when drilling down to further individual products, the browser just hangs. I just tried drilling down to Zeal Blades from the cascading menu and it just hangs at the load screen. The old site was just FASTER and more efficient. I'm 5 minutes in to waiting for the Zeal Blades page to load and it still hasn't completed. I would definitely say back to the drawing board.

Slow for me too and actually have to reboot after hanging up on it. For example. If I go to Main page then hover over Multi-rotors and click the Yuneec model it goes to that page fine but if I click the model on that page for more info the entire page just hangs up.
Not only that, once I exit the tab I'm trying to open it in I can't get anywhere else on the internet except Google until I do a reboot. I know that sounds strange and might not make sense but I can duplicate it time and time again.

The new site looks great. That is where the good stops. Site is very very slow. Takes about 15 sec to load the home page. Sometimes as much as 30 seconds. Searching brings up irrelevant results. Search results do not display correctly on iOS devices. I really hope they get this fixed. It will keep me from purchasing products from HeliDirect.com
