We recently grilled our Heartstone Farms strip steak and at the same time some neighbors brought over some food to grill with us and happen to have a strip steak of their own from a local grocery store. We were talking about how pleased we were with our decision to purchase through Heartstone Farms and our skeptical neighbors Decided to have a blind taste test. Upon cutting and tasting each steak, it was clear that Heartstone was the winner. Thanks for producing handling and distributing such great steak!

I braised the short ribs on sunday. They were delicous. I would prefer them to be a one bone square vs a 2 bone rectagle. The square is so much easier to brown. Also, your burgers have too big of a circumference for a 1/3lb. Its not enough meat to carry a bun of the same size. (kaiser bun) They are way to big for your standard american style bun and hang over the edge. Small circumference 1/3 lbers and large circumference 1/2 lbers.

The day our Heartstone Farm order landed, we put these sausage on the evenings menu and they were gone in a flash! So good with a great balance of heat and rich flavors. I purchased the turkey sampler and have been extremely satisfied with all of it. The turkey breast tenderloins are very tender and tasty. The ground turkey, both the ground breast and the ground dark meat cook us so nicely and have great flavor. The turkey sausage is so good. I love that there is minimal seasoning, yet it is very tasty. You do not need to add anything to it. It’s perfect just the way it is. I will definitely be purchasing again. This is high quality, moist, tasty meat. Not at all rubbery or bland.
