My vet recommended I give my dog knuckle bones (soup bones) so I placed an order. I was surprised at the amount of meat on the bones. I cut most of the meat off to make a stew. The meat in the stew was delicious and my dog is still working on the first bone. I will definitely purchase again

The steaks tasted greatt! The grass fed T-bone steaks made the dinner party a big success. I took their online advice and marinated the steaks for 8-10 hours and that made a difference too! Also, Farmer Dan was responsive and helpful. i messed up my online order and called them directly. he answered phone and changed my order and sent the T-bone steaks out that day so i could have the steaks in time for a dinner party three days later. thank you so very much. i will order from them all the time...

This liver is great - for liver. What you need to know here is I do not like liver. Hate it! However, for my health I've been told to eat it once a week. Unfortunately it makes me vomit, just to prepare it. Forget about tasting it. This liver has rocked my world! I can prepare it and eat it. It has a mild, pleasant taste and smell which shocked me. I'm a fairly old person and have NEVER been able to eat liver until I tried this liver. I keep some in my freezer now, it's the only liver I will ever eat.

The NY Strip Steak was great, but it was boneless. Still was one of the best steaks we have had and even Momma said the same thing. And she does not eat a lot of meats. Also, the hamburger was great. I have purchased a lot of organic grass feed hamburger and to tell the truth; I did not think there would be much difference, but WOW! A noticeable difference more flavor and freshness.

I've "wasted" so many pounds of beef purchased at different stores and I was never 100% happy with final results. Brisket from Heartstone Farm came out amazing. You can "blame " it on perfect cooking skills after so many tries but to top it off, I run to local store again and tried same thing with "regular" beef and this was not even close again. This brisket is fantastic.
