Man.. I wish I would've taken the plunge into vaporizers years ago now! However, I possibly would not have done business with these guys in that case and that would be a tragedy. My order came asap, everything was packed properly, and nothing was missing. I'd say the lack of a need to contact customer svc is better than having great customer svc.
