I am getting unhappy with the chiffon hijabs. The descriptions are not very good nor accurate. Its basically having to buy the hijab and touch it to determine if i like it or not. Then i will loose money on shipping sending it back. Some are stiffer than others even with the the same description. Maybe have some type of softness meter so everyone can know if material will be soft or stiff. Some ppl may like stiff material and others do not. Another thing is that the backs are unprinted on some and not others. That should also be notted.

I still have not received my purchase, even though I ordered almost a month ago. I've sent several emails to consumer support to address this issue, and have not received a response. I'm a loyal HH customer and have introduced many of my friends and family members to this brand as well. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this issue. I will be sending a 3rd email to consumer support on Monday, and hope that someone is finally able to help me resolve this issue.

When I first purchased some scraves from hautehijab I was not satisfied with the product. As beautiful as the scarves were, the fabric was different to my expectations (material was lovely, but not what I was looking for). Living in the UK meant that I had to pay an extra charge to receive my items which I was aware of. Having complained to the team at hautehijab about the products, they were able to resolve the issue and arrange for me to return these items without hassle for a full refund which I was very grateful for.
