The colour I wanted was on back order, which I feel the website should have told he, but the costumer service was great in resolving the issue.

I received my order within a week. At first I was very disappointed as the hair piece looked "fake" and the hair appeared very thick.(not suitable for my fine Eastern European fine hair) I did not realize that what i needed to do is wash it and style it. After watching u Tube video i did exactly what they did and my hair piece now is nice and soft and looks very natural. Customer service was excellent. The reason I'm rating my purchase experience 4 star is #1 there should be some more information included like : wash it and style it before wearing. I really hated the piece but now I like it. # 2 in case i needed to return it , my understanding is the store credit is valid only for 30 days. I feel it should be more then that. Not sure what other stores offer, but if they do offer more time that would be important to me.

Easy to order but I had not realized that I need to open an account prior to ordering to be able to collect reward points, I emailed and got a very quick response and all was worked out very fast and efficiently. Excellent customer service, looking forward to seeing the actual wigs I ordered.

Ordered the Miranda Smart Lace wig and was very pleased at how close it resembled my own hair. I would shop here again for sure.

29.95 (CAD) $ and it doesn't look at all like on the website. The piece is small, shrivel. Does not have enough hair not like the picture on the website.

I just got my toupee delivered today. It is very nice looking but it has a little too much gray in it so I will have to exchange it for another color. But besides that, I appreciate the speedy delivery and the great customer service. I would definitely recommend your store to others.

Every hair looked just like it was actually growing out of the piece. The piece was light and breathable and easy to apply with tape. I've been buying hair pieces and wigs from this company for about 4 years now and I am really pleased with their customer service and knowledge of wigs.
