From start to finish I have nothing to say but great things about this company. I called in with a few questions and was helped by a very nice representative who I really enjoyed talking to. THE BEST!! My husband and I bought a console safe for each of our vehicles, and we Love them. They are custom fitted to each vehicle and look nice. Our guns are safe from the kids, and that gives us a piece of mind. I recommend getting the touch pad lock, it costly, but worth it! Michelle helped me pick out the perfect safes and followed through until they were delivered to me. Thanks Michelle 🙂

Threads for anchor pins popped off. I called for support while there support is quite pleasant to deal with the solution was to put a self tapping screw through the hole to anchor the safe to the console. This sounds like a logical solution except the dimensions of a Jeep Grand Cherokee's console do not allow the used of tools
Updated- upon my initial review I was contacted by Guardian Safe Vault. They made arrangements with Lock'er Down to replace the safe which installed with in five minutes. Everything works great. The level of customer service is off the charts and I could not be happier as they did everything humanly possible to ensure all expectations are met.

I was impressed with the timeliness of the response to my order as well as the price. The quality was great with one exception. The seams on either end of the bottom of the box were not sealed/welded and I could see daylight through them. The box was installed and fit as advertised. I'm very happy with it.

I ordered this safe and received it in 3 days gaurdian kept me posted when shipped the tracking numbers and receiving date the safe was easy 5 minute installation it is very well built and is a relief when leaving items in the truck I couldn’t be happier with their product and service a very good experience I won’t be without one again

Love everything about my safe. Easy installation and very clean, finished look. I didn’t see the safe and lock combo that I wanted on the website, so I called and the representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fast shipping. My only complaint would be the label on the outside clearly indicates what is inside the package. He safe sat on my front porch for a while before i could come pick it up so it would have been an easy snatch and grab. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company and product. Great quality, and a lifetime guarantee. Can’t beat it.

This is a really great product unfortunately I don’t think enough people know about this convenience and security and peace of mind that it brings. I personally use it when I am out hunting to secure my valuables and my wife has even started using it on trips when we leave the vehicle for her valuables as well.

Built well, mounts horrible and over priced.
The under rear seat safe for Toyota Tundra was built very well and out of good quality material. The problem was when it was mounted the doors would not shut and locked. I am very good with tools and putting things together. This left me scratching my head for many hours. When I would take it out they would shut fine, so that led me to how it was mounted in the truck. I had to shim one side where it mounts to the rear seat support, then I had to drill another hole in the middle of the rear side of the safe and use another bolt and mount it to the center seat support. Once I had that and used some different shims, I finally had the doors opening and shutting correctly. For how much this cost, a person should not have this problem. This is not light so doing all this myself took many hours. If I knew that I was going to have this much problem I would have never spent this much money.
