It would have been a 5 star but it was missing some of the pre packaged hardware to install it. I am sure they would have sent the hardware in the mail but I did not feel like waiting a week or so to receive it. So a couple of hours round trip to the hardware store and about $15 in fuel to buy a dollar's worth of screws. All in all it seems to be good quality.
