Bought a tuffy console safe. Product was in good condition on arrival, directions for install were clear. A couple of bolts didn’t line up so I had to “Improvise” to make it work, which was disappointing. Especially since it ran me about $170. Also it took 2 weeks to be delivered. However, I did get an email informing me it was on back order and would be a bit of a wait. Overall I like the product, I just wish the improvising wasn’t necessary and that it would’ve shown up sooner.

"I" ordered the wrong safe for my 2011 Chevy Silverado and Ms. Michele Bachman quickly responded to my email explaining "My" mistake... she quickly handled the correction of the new safe and arranged the shipping of my incorrect safe back to "Lockerdown" warehouse.....
