When a couple of days passed and the safe didn’t ship, before I inquired, I received a phone call telling me it was still being processed but they assure me it would ship in the next 48 hours. Two days later, I received another call telling me the safe did not pass their quality department, but they would rebuild a new one and ship soon. Two days later it shipped and I received another call telling me it was on the way. Regarding the quality, it is top-notch. Packed EXTREMELY well and fit perfectly in my vehicle. I will definitely buy again.

The console safe for my 2015 Ram is exactly as I expected and fit and works perfectly. I am more impressed with the outstanding customer service. Michele emailed me after submitting my order to make sure the one I purchased was correct then when there was a slight delay in shipping before Father’s Day she upgraded my lid and made sure it was received on time, I got delivery ON Father’s Day. Loved the quick delivery of the safe. Product that canes was the product advertised. I would’ve given a 5 star but the instructions for the lock were not the greatest. I bought the digital input one and doesn’t clearly explain how to remove the battery from the lock to replace it.
