Repeat Customer - Purchased US and USMC Flags - both excellent quality and most importantly to me - Made In The USA and provided by a small family business. This company provides fast delivery. The other thing I like about this site is that it provides information on the proper size you need for your flagpole. I have had to replace several flagpoles due to high wind and wrong size flags. Since finding this site, I have not had to replace my pole again. Keep up the good work.

Easy to order but there was a mistake on the online Veteran Made Flag Case. The website says "Free Shipping in the USA" under the item, but at checkout I had to pay $16-$30. I tried calling Customer Service but no one answered and I didn't have time to leave a message and wait for a reply. Maybe update the information so buyers can factor the prices more accurately.

I love the fact that I'm purchasing products made in the USA. However, the website was difficult to use. I was directed to a link to verify that I am a human, but it didn't work. I then received an email with a discount code if I would come back and complete my order. However, the discount code didn't work. Kinda frustrating!
Update-4/20/23. Less than 30 minutes after I posted this Phillip contacted me by phone and resolved my issue. Great company to do business with! I have made a second purchase and will be making more in the future!

I was able to fix the problem and take care of Michael's order over the phone. That is how our small family business takes care of our valued customers and how our valued customers take care of us. If he had not alerted me to the issue it would have gone undetected.
