It's been 2 years since I lost my son, a highly decorated Marine Combat Veteran. I've been looking at flag cases off and on since his death waiting until I was emotionally ready to display the flag I was given at his funeral and finding one made in America. When I found the Grand New Flag website, asked a question of the company and actually got a prompt reply from the owner, I knew I wanted to buy from them. Delivery was prompt and the 15% veteran discount as well as 5% of annual proceeds going to a Veteran organization were icing on the cake. Excellent service, very pleased with the quality of the beautiful flag case.

I wanted to wait until we had our flag up for awhile before I reviewed it. I ordered the Defender 17 foot flag pole late Monday afternoon and received it Thursday. I was very impressed with the prompt delivery. The flag pole and flag appear be high quality. We've had ours installed since a few days before Memorial Day 2016. It's beautiful! I would highly recommend purchasing a flag pole from Grand New Flag. We have some pretty strong winds at our house. The Defender Flag Pole is holding up nicely. I'm sure we will have many years of enjoyment from it. I would like to post a couple pictures but I don't know how!

I purchased a 2 position cast aluminum bracket to replace a store purchased one that broke on Memorial Day (of all days) While searching Amazon for a replacement, one reviewer suggested "Grand New Flag.com" Well made, light weight bracket w/ 3 mounting holes and hardware included. I happened to use longer screws and anchors mounting into brick face. Quick shipping too. Makes perfect sense to me to use American made parts, poles, and flags to display our flag and our pride. The aluminum flag pole holder and flag spinners were exactly what I needed. The quality of the holder is great unlike the cheap plastic ones and everything was on my doorstep in a few days. You can't beat that!

I am very happy with my flag purchase. I just bought a home and it didn't feel quite complete until I hung Old Glory outside my front door. I simply couldn't afford the prices on other sites, let alone the fact that I did not want to purchase an American flag that wasn't made here at home! We ordered a new Bracket to hold our flag/flagpole and new Rotationg Flag Mounting Rings for our flagpole previously purchased from Grand New Flag. We are building a new home and needed a new bracket and new rotating rings due to some rust on the metal clips. I chose to purchase again from Grand New Flag because they are a small family business and they offer products made in the USA. Only made in the USA products are good enough to use with the flag that was given to my family by my sister, a US Army officer who was was deployed to Afghanistan in 2009.
