Please note that how the insurance carrier performs (or if they offer online claims processing) is not something we control. I had been going back and forth with our WEA Elite insurance providers with no progress in getting my questions answered. Once I had asked the same question about 10 times without an actual answer (they responded to emails but never answered the question asked which was related to finding out what they needed for my claim to be completed), I sent GNI an email. Jan was super fast to respond and once she got involved, I started getting answers to my questions and finally saw some progress. I'm so grateful for the help she offered, so we could finally get a solid answer on the claim. If it wasn't for her, I'm afraid we'd still be stuck in that frustrating cycle.
