I would like you to know how grateful I am, personally, to Good Neighbors Insurance for many years of excellent and valued service to CFCI and our missionaries. I am especially thankful to Pei Medil for being such a great support to me and advocate for me these past several years. she has been invaluable.

May our Lord continue to bless you and prosper you all as you continue to serve in this very important way.

Thanks for the great customer service you and others have provided to us over the past 6 years!

As a direct result of your commitment to customer service, I have recommended you to other missionaries here with us on the field in Nigeria when they have asked about insurance options. And I know that in at least one instance, it has resulted in insurance secured through your organization. Keep up the great work and service!

I wanted to reiterate my thanks to you for all your help with my husband's insurance package for his Everest Base Camp trek. You were always very professional and kind. He unfortunately had to put both insurance plans to the test; he developed a severe throat infection, was airlifted by helicopter out of a small village close to Base Camp, and spent three days in Swacon International Hospital in Kathmandu. Fortunately, he is fine now, and none of his other trekking buddies required medical attention, but we really did need those policies and both of them came through for us with flying colors. It gave me a new appreciation for insurance, as both protection and solidarity.

In case you happen to have any more insane clients who want to go on this spectacularly beautiful, but grueling, cold, uncomfortable, oxygen-deprived trek - Global Rescue insurance is not redundant, and is recommended.

Pei is definitely an incredible asset to your team. I have worked with many people in different industries over the years and she has definitely set the bar high! I truly appreciate her, her work ethics and her amazing customer service skills. Changing my Agent of Record to Good Neighbor Insurance has been one of the best decisions I have made for our group.

I could go on and on, but I know I am preaching to the choir so I will just leave it at that.

As Vice President for Staff Development, I needed help in understanding the fine points of international health insurance so I could select the best, most cost-effective plan for Crossover. Your staff in the Group Department has been superb in enabling me to make good choices both at the inception of our first plan, and at each yearly renewal time. As a leader, Good Neighbor's help has been extremely valuable to me. Your commitment to service, overseas experience and professional expertise is second to none.

Jeff, I don't usually respond to these messages, [to a .pdf card thanking the client for their business] but I wanted to take just a minute of your time to express my thanks to your courteous and helpful staff while making my decision to purchase a new health insurance policy.

As an expat with extraordinary health insurance requirements, I worked with your knowledgeable Individual Team to identify a product that was satisfactory for my needs. Honestly, I shopped around the competition as well, and found the level of assistance and products GNI offered superior in all cases. Thanks to the responsiveness of your proactive team, I was able to procure and provide proof of insurance to the foreign government in a very short timeline. Having been individually insured for over 20 years through my consulting firm, I have worked with several different agencies to provide my health insurance needs.

It has always been a pleasure to work with GNI. Their staff is always nice and friendly, and the organization is very easy to work with as everyone is professional and knowledgeable. We always work hard for GNI when they call on us, because GNI works hard for their clients, and that has always been important to Petersen International Underwriters' success.

Thank for your insight into our International and now our Domestic insurance needs.

I really want to acknowledge Shara's incredible customer care. We have had some real curve balls thrown at us, one the new laws, and two an appeal by one of our members to get a clear response from our carrier. Shara has not hesitated to do the leg work to help us resolve both issues. Within literal hours Shara responded to, and was on top of both. I want to commend Good Neighbor for hiring well, and Shara for great customer care!
