Received well packed and promptly. I am a retired senior who volunteers at a local food pantry.
My test for this product was for the day in which I had to do a good bit more than usual to include handling and storing a truck load of frozen and food stuff.
On even the lighter days I am pretty wiped out and sore the next day.
After work and dinner. I applied a bit more than recommended to a oatmeal cookie .Not bad in taste, hardly noticeable no after taste.
I did sleep well that night and since the have noticed more vivid-lucrid dreams which helps for a more tranquil mindset.
I awoke.. Yes, no miracles but, I was rested and I didn't appear as sore as normal after a days labor.
I also decided this might help with my nervousness that is a bit upsetting. to date I am unable to write on any improvement for this.
In all, I believe this might help to quell some of the effects of aging upon me. Which as this is natural I can endorse over going the pharmaceutical route.
