Vitamins have been added to the gummies which interfere with my sleep. B12 makes me run hot and keeps me from sleeping and Vitamin d gives me heartburn. I won't buy these again. They taste pretty awful too. I'll go back to the American Shaman brand because I didn't have these problems with them. They don't taste great either but they were a lot more potent than these things.
