The Whey House products are excellent - I have found the quality to be really good. Also I had an order that went missing recently, ordered just after Christmas so figured it was delayed because of the silly season - but once I had contacted them to ask about it, they got right on to it, responded back right away, re-processed my order and I received it within two days, with a shaker thrown in for free! Will definitely continue to order from the Whey House.

I can't be any happier with my purchase. I had left it till the last serve of my previous brand of protein powder before ordering more...and given that I had previously bought from overseas I panicked as I wanted the same or as close to what I had been using. I did a google search and up came Whey House. I placed my order and the very next day in less than 24 hours after ordering I received my purchase. It is delicious and exaclty what I wanted. So just to be clear, I ended up getting chocolate flavour and am very happy!! Jeremy emailed me, sincerely apologetic that they'd just run out of vanilla, asking was there another flavour I'd be interested in?
Of course there was, so Jeremy substituted and advised he was throwing in some freebies for the trouble. Great service, going above what was necessary to keep me happy.
Now that I've received my fantastic chocolate WPC I am very impressed with the taste and quality, in addition to the honest and quick service. Thanks guys! The flavours are not overpowering - very clean and natural.

Unfortunately i wasn't able to get the ever popular vanilla as it sold out :( boo.i was informed pronto and given other options. I opted for choc flavour and got thrown in some freebies. awesome service!! i love the choc flavour and will be back for my vanilla.

We're relatively new to using protein powders and pleased to be able to find a version that is sugar free and without a lot of added extras.
Ordering was a breeze via the website, and delivery was prompt. The product arrived packaged well. The only downside being that we got sent the refill bags - it would be handy to be able to specify needing the plastic container (unless I missed that somewhere).
