I would not be a member of Global Travel if not for Brian V.
He was a true gentleman. Brian went above the call of
duty to help with my issues. I started with Sophia---was a
disaster. I don't like to be threatened by one of your employees.
Later, I spoke to Nicole---again could not help with my
membership. Sonia was very nice but my membership
card had the wrong date. Brian is the total star at Global.
No member needs to talk to four people to solve a simple
problem. Thank you Brian for your 5 star service.
