Excellent service addition to my accounting process. They just got $1,500 back on a dimensions error. The commission paid to them becomes well worth it as they handle the research, communications and claiming. Would recommend highly!

Very pleased with this service although I was left a bit confused when I first signed on as to what was going to happen. The communication could've been a bit more open. Still the results are great...none of the fees i got back I would've gotten back without Getida's research.
