Your customer service is virtually non-extent. In our business we make every effort to respond to customers within 1 working day. My experience with Getida's customer support is that it is well beyond 1 working week and then only after multiple emails.

When you are an Amazon reseller, Getida is a no brainer. I wish I had subscribed years ago.

Our first month has been great. They found money and they were super easy to work with.

Being a new seller I was accepting whatever Amazon gave me. So happy I decided to give Getida a try after see multiple webinars featuring their services. They did find money Amazon owed me so I encourage all sellers to audit their account through Getida it works!!!

Confidence and trust and positive results. Expanded using GETIDA for all my Amz marketplace reimbursements as we sell in 12 Amz marketplaces.

They are an approved Amazon Service Provider which is rare in reimbursement services. They provide their service in virtually all Amz marketplaces which is also rare. Their fee is pretty standard for the service.

They do have a dedicated account manager/human being that requires user access to file claims which is a little unnerving but the access provided is very limited and based on my research they are very reputable and I provide access to other reputable third party service providers as well.

Their dashboard provides some useful insight and metrics. Process is easy and seamless from setting up to getting reimbursements and billing. All is very clear. Customer service is also top notch with quick and clear follow through and response. They also provide other learning opportunities that I have yet to take advantage.

All and all, I can't imagine using a better service provider for reimbursements as it's such a tricky one to navigate. If you want a third party to manage reimbursements of any of your Amz marketplaces, do not hesitate to use GETIDA.
