Ask questions and never get answered. If you are just looking for lost products in the warehouse, might as well do it yourself. This is the worst service ever. You get charged for their service and 2 weeks later amazon found the product and reverses the reimbursement.

It found me money that I was unaware of. It’s already hard enough running a small business by yourself, but to also go back and audit amazon is to much work, I’m glad something like Getida exist. Now I can just focus on other aspects of the business.

The feeling of knowing somebody is out for us to get every missing dollar back from Amazon is just priceless! It is a lot less work from the sellers' end than from how we did till now. If anything shall occur out of the line, somebody reaches out to us via email on how to proceed. Though when it comes to questions on email... it's a long process. It becomes a "case submitted, expect an answer within 3 days." that's why I like to call. Great customer service!

People tooks months to respond to me, kept charging me without ever receiving a refund of any kind for any amazon related refund. Still cannot get them to just cancel my account and refund me at this point. This is a scam.
