The feeling of knowing somebody is out for us to get every missing dollar back from Amazon is just priceless! It is a lot less work from the sellers' end than from how we did till now. If anything shall occur out of the line, somebody reaches out to us via email on how to proceed. Though when it comes to questions on email... it's a long process. It becomes a "case submitted, expect an answer within 3 days." that's why I like to call. Great customer service!

Has been a very good experience. My only reservation is, if we have initiated a reimbursement inquiry, you will not get involved. Not sure if this is still your policy.

I signed up with Getida a month ago and received my first report today. They recovered 100% of the amount claimed on my behalf. I highly recommend Getida. This is a great service! They only get paid when YOU DO, so its a no brainer. I've been able to re-coup between $2-$3K just by signing up. Its That easy. Do yourself a favor and let Getida help you get back your lost earnings (lost inventory funds) from Amazon... i'll recommend to fello sellers.

Absolutely awesome service and a brilliant business idea!
We recover hundreds of dollars each month that we would otherwise not have even known about and Getida take their fees from the proceeds so it is seamless and everyone is happy (except Mr. Bezos but I think he's got enough! ;)
