**Enttäuschend und Zeitverschwendung 🙄**
Ich wurde von Getida per E-Mail angeworben und ihnen wurde eine erste Gebührenermäßigung angepriesen. Nach einem zeitaufwendigen Meeting und dem Onboarding erhielt ich Zugriff auf ihre Plattform und mein Amazon-Konto. Ich wartete geduldig darauf, dass Getida die versprochenen Rückerstattungen für mich einholte, aber das ist nie passiert. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen und Nachforschungen hieß es immer nur, dass ich weiter warten sollte.
Später bemerkte ich, dass die Plattform erneut nach meinen Zugangsdaten verlangte, also fragte ich erneut nach, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Dann begannen sie, interne Fragen hin und her zu werfen, aber es wurde nichts unternommen. Schließlich habe ich den Zugang zu ihrer Plattform und meinem Amazon-Konto entfernt. Diese Erfahrung war absolut enttäuschend und pure Zeitverschwendung. Getida hat seine Versprechen nicht eingehalten, und ich kann sie nicht empfehlen. 🙄

I told them to cancel my service, I disable their API access to my seller central account and they are still charging my debit card. If they do not stop, I will sue. Beware signing up for their service, it appears once you do, you cannot stop using it. SHARKS!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!! They claim "success' even when Amazon has already given you a refund for damages or lost units. They don't even email or file a case, but if you get reimbursed and they try to charge you.
