Used GUS because price was better. Link fit on chain, but it was too wide to allow the tooth holder to fit on top. I will have to remove and grind down the sides of the replacement link so I can put the tooth in the right place on the chain.

GUS is a long-time provider of tools/equipment for our company. And, you are close to our HQ. In this particular online experience, I was at our Savannah branch for a few weeks, and I ordered an this item shipped to our HQ so one of our guys heading back to Savannah could bring it to me.
The item pictured did NOT match the actual product offered, which caused some headaches for me and a LOT more expense than I had approved. Ultimately , we got the additional regulator (shown in the pic but apparently not part of the price) and we could perform the tasks at hand, but at a much greater cost AND a delay while waiting on the regulator.
Overall, we love dealing with GUS and will continue to do so.

What other guys? Thought GUS was the only game in town. Honesty I chose GUS due to Joshua Shaub. He came by our office in Shreveport. even with me not here, he dropped off information for me to review, his contact information and your books with all your supplies. This book was a big deal for me. I had NO Idea that you had so much stuff. Even more surprised when I came to warehouse in Dallas. One stop shop is key for me, and as long as the products are quality products, in line cost wise, and easy to ship and receive, there should not be any other questions. We did a rough run of this at your warehouse, but a suggestion with customers would be to design or create some type of an inventory list of products they use, then determine a inventory and then have a inventory sheet or something they can leave in their warehouse. Also, I think having a GUS "What's Needed" dry erase sheet or something would be good for our warehouse That way when our guys think of something, they can write it down and we will remember to order it. Otherwise it gets forgotten most of the time. GUS could have all their contact information on this sheet for easy ordering. Anything to keep GUS in our heads, make sure we are aware of most, too many for all, of your products so we know where to go. 85% of what you have is not even known. I know it is costly, but these books are good, and any marketing materials showing what you have. I like the email blasts with specials, but usually they are one simple item. Maybe send products of the week/month etc. Also, send over inventory stock, or items that must be sold. if we know what the price is, then you have a sale with a discount, it should be a no brainer. Anyway would love to chat sometime more. Sorry for the ramble but I am a sales/marketing major with most of that as my background. Not sure why I am doing this now?...

Was hoping for a cheaper shipping charge as the two combined items did not make significant volume difference. Shipping rates overseas are not clearly stated and no options are listed.
Basically it would have been wiser to buy one lot (being a spare) and bought another as soon as the spare was fitted.
Shipping was fast. A slower and cheaper option should be available when time is not the important priority. Overall I would buy again
