We are converted. Have tried so many products to clean up after 3 dogs, and this product is by far the best. The smell of Febreeze would make me gag, and this product is so effective, not only in cleaning, but leaves no odor. The gallon concentrate is so handy. Also used to clean off the top of my black gas stove, and love the degreasing quality.

Works well of fresher stains
It worked really well on fresher pet stains but I have had to repeat the cleaning several times on older more saturated cat urine stains.

Artificial Turf in Dog Run
I use Genesis 950 as a spray for the artificial turf in my dogs’ runs. I have used products referred to me by the turf installer as well as sprays used by the county to control human and canine urine on concrete and artificial turf. I just decided to use Genesis 950 after listening to the radio ads. I started with one gallon. I now have a five gallon with spigot. I have learned the most effective formula is 1/2 water to 1/2 Genesis 950. I look forward to using this product every day and appreciate its “green” status and effectiveness.

I am very impressed with this product. I bought it specifically for an old dog urine stain on a sculpted wool chinese area rug. I am using a 1 part genesis950 to 2 parts water solution and it seems to be working. Not perfectly because the stain is old and wool is not a good candidate for this kind of cleaning. I am doing repeated applications and letting the rug air dry between each try.

I hate to give this product 2 stars because hear such great advertisements about it on SiriusXM radio but unfortunately I'm not impressed. I love Genesis 950,especially for using in my carpet cleaner machine. I have a dog and a cat, and they throw up and occasionally have an accident on my carpets. It also smells so clean, and really gets the dirt out.

I an not happy with the product. It did not remove stain from my tub and it is not a green product based on the label directions. Not safe around pets. Bait and switchb in my book.

Barb, I am very sorry you did not achieve the result you expected, please call our office 847 244-3600 Without knowing the cause of the stain it is impossible to comment, however i can assure you that the product is safe for use around the home. Genesis 950 does not contain any regulated toxins, has Zero HAP's, & ZERO SARA title 313 chemicals. I would challenge you to find ANY other cleaner on the market that can make these claims. As with any chemical, common sense dictates that you use gloves & do not ingest.

I was pet sitting when I received genesis950. They had a serious "old" pet stain on light colored carpet in a bedroom. I mixed a "difficult stain" solution and tried it. NO STAIN! Amazing. Can't wait for the owners to come home. I'm giving them a spray bottle to try and ordering information.
