i believe i spoke with katelyn over the phone she was very helpful when i told her i was going to be driving 3 hours from san antonio to the store she assured me the package would arrive overnight right on time for my event and she was absolutely helpful the whole time. Shipping was fast. We ordered power & confetti cannons to test, just to verify we would like the product before our reveal. The 18" versions are good. Unable to find the 18" versions in both genders a week later so we purchased several 16" versions of both colors.
