My BBQ is great let me say that first.
Part of the order was unavailable so although i paid for it EIGHT months ago i still havnt received it. The company are not good at getting back to you when I leave emails and voicemails. The telephone lets you hold on until ”youre next in queue “ then ends the call.Very frustrating when they dont reply to emails either
then you get. amessage it has been despatched and youll get it. YOU DONT!

The chaps at Gardenbox are a great and friendly team. One component of the gazebo was damaged on receipt. It was a Saturday when I erected it and I did not contact Rick till after 5pm but he replied immediately and arranged a replacement.

There was a long delay in receiving the order due to shipping issues but the customer service was very good and the team were very happy to give updates whenever I called them.
The product was delivered very quickly by the gardenbox team following its arrival at their warehouse. It was fairly easy to put together and looks great on my decking.
