Gardenbox were amazing. Their customer service was brilliant. I ordered a greenhouse, the service was prompt and easy, they were flexible around delivery and made good suggestions. The manufacturer made an error and Gardenbox put it right, no quibbles, just quick and pain free. Will use them again.

What a great company! You just don't get service like this anymore. The BBQ and accessories I ordered turned up right on time, well packaged and at great price. Garden Box were very flexible with delivery dates. We are really happy. There was a minor issue with the BBQ which turned out to be a manufacturer issue, but GardenBox responded straight away and at their own expense. I will always look here first for any gardening and BBQ items in the future.

Contacted me within two days to arrange delivery, which came on the day requested. The bbq I ordered came as a bundle package and couldn't find this offer any where cheaper (and I looked for a week!)

My whole experience of using Gardenbox was excellent. I was buying a gardenbed as a present for my wife and had typically left it to the last minute. I found one I liked on a google search from a variety of shops, Gardenbox being one. Mark from Gardenbox was prompt in replying. The model I was looking at was out of stock, but he managed to provide a better model at the same price. I was also keen to get a rain cover and while they didn't have one specifically for this, Mark sourced one for me. Delivery was prompt and efficient and I'm very happy with my purchase.
