Absolutely fantastic experience. Friendly emails providing updates on order along with some very handy cooking tips and advice were all very welcome. The BBQ I ordered was a great price but the service made this transaction a pleasure. Rick and Sarah were very helpful and can only say they went above and beyond. I felt like I was buying from a familiar shop and not an online store. For example, called Rick this morning with a query and ended up chatting for 10 mins about BBQ cooking and he made the offer to call back with any concerns or advice going forward. What is so great is to be able to write a review like this about my experience. It seems we always too quick to moan when things go wrong but we are all guilty of perhaps not applying the same effort to recognise when things go well.
