Went above and beyond, organising a different delivery company to send my Outback Jupiter 6 BBQ to me in time for the Bank Holiday weekend, as I left it late to order an their usual company had all ready picked up.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Mark James who took the time to go through all my options and work out with me exactly what my best choice was.
The Jupiter 6 is performing very well and we have done 11 days in a row using it for all our meals!

Whilst my 1st choice BBQ wasn't available the help with choosing an alternative was excellent. Delivery was arranged exactly as requested and the follow up service very reassuring.

We visited a number of companies in our search for a new BBQ. Gardenbox in Bolton have a great range on display from a number of manufacturers. Rick gave us some very valuable impartial advice, allowing us to choose what would suit us best. It was very refreshing to receive such a great level of service. We wish we had made Gardenbox our first call not our last. Friends have already visited the store and bought the same BBQ as ourselves. Rick contacted us a week after our purchase to see how we were getting on. Even sent us some recipes to try as well. Would recommend without hesitation.
