I went to the store and they had to close on short notice, however I contacted Rick though instagram and he was able to put me untouched with their warehouse to allow me to collect my BBQ as too not leave me with a wasted journey he sent the rest of my package in the post the following working day. His communication was good couldn’t fault the customer service. I purchased a Masterbuilt 800 and I am made up with it so far.
Most competitive price I could find along with the customer service if I require any thing Garden related I will definitely return to gardenbox.
