Thought I’d order a bbq off this site, instead of other market places, paying more for the same product to make sure it got here quicker and in time for making most of this large yellow thing in the sky. Lone behold pieces missing from the box so cannot complete the bbq, parts for the lid handle and parts for the charcoal door, quite essential for operating a bbq. It’s now been 5 days since I raised this problem, I was told the quickest way to rectify this problem was to send me my missing parts from another box, still no word, you managed to send me this lovely review email quicker tho. Will someone respond?

We bought our amazing BBQ from the shop in Kearsley, which is well worth a visit; not only to see their impressive stock of quality BBQs but to listen to Rick talk all things BBQ. He must surely be the BBQ Maestro of the UK!

After my purchase about a week I received an email saying my item was infact out off stock! And I could get a different brand .After some time I looked again and still there was some stock I started a claim with eBay then days later I hot an email saying my item is now on its way 4 weeks later very poor show 😲

Great to find a place with a good understanding of the kamados on the market. I had requested a callback which followed shortly after, and within a few mins we had isolated the product I needed. Let down by delivery however. I ordered on a Wed morning for a bbq on the Sunday but the product didn’t arrive until Monday or Tuesday. I will no doubt be using these guys again, just with a little more time in hand next time!

I was very impressed with the service we received from Rick. He was happy to provide details of the products we were interested in and he was never pushy in any way. He offered to build the Napoleon bbq we purchased and deliver it at a reasonable cost. He made a second call to our house to re-route the regulator and even offered to call when we were cooking to provide tips in getting the best results.
