After an initial blip with our because he supplier was inaccurately reporting they had stock when they didn’t, Sarah sent us an alternative suggestion and we are very pleased with our new rattan corner unit for our conservatory. Delivery was very good, item well packaged without damage.

It's a pleasure to leave this review. Having visited two garden centres when looking for a new barbecue for our garden we were delighted when we saw the sign for Gardenbox on the motorway and visited their showroom. The range of barbecues on display was excellent, we dealt with Rick who is an absolute gentleman, never pushy at any stage and his knowledge of the products and barbecue cooking in general is superb. We asked lots of questions, took our time over it and we ended up buying a Napoleon gas barbecue and we are absolutely thrilled with it. Gardenbox arranged everything, they built and delivered the barbecue, which is a brilliant service which we would highly recommend. Our shiny new grill looks terrific in the garden. We even took the option of a personal coaching session which Rick did at our house, on our new barbecue and both myself and my wife thought it was wonderful, again another well worth while option. We learnt so much from him, it gave us both the confidence on how to cook our different foods, how to get more from our purchase and opened our eyes to what other things you can cook on them. We had the family around to the house the following weekend, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, I cooked some great food with the lid down, which we have never done before and did a large meat joint as the centre piece. Everyone loved the food, it was so moist and tasted delicious. I find we are now cooking outdoors several times a week as he said we would. We absolutely can not fault the service we received, Gardenbox have been brilliant from start to finish, we have recommended them to all our friends. If you are in the market for a new barbecue and live in the North West of England, Gardenbox is the only place you need to go to. I really do wish them well, it is not often we leave reviews but the whole experience has been faultless from beginning to end. Thanks once again for everything.

I bought flat skewers for shish kebabs which I'd wanted for a while. They were a good price, arrived quickly and serve the purpose.

purchased a XL KAMADO EGG.this is the best thing I have bought in along time,love it.the food is amazing easy to use and light and burns for hours unlike other bbqs.mark has an excellent knowledge and even has great recipes!if you love your bbqs this is a must have piece of equipment.you will not be disappointed.this egg is aquality piece of kit and half the price of a green egg and just as good if not better.i would recommend to get the bundle pack.thanks mark for some great advice.regards jb

All was going well until the built bbq; which I had paid extra to be built, arrived with some minor damage. My wife pointed out the damage to the Garden Box employee immediately, who said he would get in contact with Rick. True to their word, Rick contacted me that evening apologising and asking for evidence of the damage. This slightly annoyed me as the employee had already been show the damage when he delivered the bbq and if evidence was required why didn’t he get it when he was at my home. However the next day I provided the evidence but then all I’ve had is radio silence until I was asked to complete this review.

Moral of the story; or two, firstly I shouldn’t necessarily expect expect premium customer service when I buy a premium product. Secondly the retailer shouldn’t expect a good review when they leave a customer disappointed or annoyed with their service.

An excellent service . Good price and good customer service. I would highly recommend them !
