Ordered my BBQ cover which was shown in stock, but heard nothing re delivery etc & was a bit worried I had been “had”. After a period of time I e-mailed the company to find they had not received their delivery from the suppliers, but it was delayed & supposed to be imminent, hence why it was shown in stock. There was a little e mail communication between myself and Rick at Gardenbox and once they received their delivery, I received my BBQ cover within just a couple of days. In view of how I was dealt with by Rick, I would definitely use this company again. All my fears had been allayed and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Item didnt arrive, raised a dispute and finally got the item some time later after i had already had family bbq, very dissapointing and wont use again!

Garden box went above and beyond what I've come to expect from an online retailer and their support on a courier issue (totally out of their control) was very much appreciated. I ordered a new dual fuel Tepro Buffalo BBQ from Garden Box and have to say have been very impressed with the service. Item was delivered on time, great communications all the way through and a real personal touch. Absolutely love the BBQ, had a very slight issue with it which I casually mentioned in reply to a courtesy email from Garden Box, within minutes they had ordered a replacement part. I also had a couple of questions about the grill which were answered by email within minutes, they clearly have excellent product knowledge. Would have no hesitation in recommending Gardenbox to anyone.

Having already purchased our brilliant Napoleon BBQ from Gardenbox we returned to them for some garden furniture. We were glad we did as we bought one of the weatherproof dining sofa sets which was on display in the showroom. I have to say the set is absolutely superb and surpassed all our expectations. We've had a rattan set for a good number of years and have always found it a pain to have to take the cushions in over night and when there is the threat of rain. Now, we can leave the entire set out in the garden, all year, without a cover and it is marvellous. I've never had my breakfast outside in the garden until now and that is because you look out of the window and the set is there, ready and waiting. We have used our furniture more times in the last few weeks than we have our old set over the last 5 years. If it rains, I do not even give it a thought any more. And, I've even now got my shed back as there is no need to store any cushions anymore. Once again, could not fault the service from Gardenbox from start to finish. We never felt under any pressure, they are such a delight to deal with, offer a really personal service and we have recommended to all our friends. We were kept up to date throughout once we had ordered and the delivery was great too with the guys carrying the set for us into our garden. If you have any doubts about a weatherproof garden furniture set then don't. We wish we had bought one years ago. Thanks again to everyone at Gardenbox for all of your help and great service.
