The customer service that I experienced when purchasing my BBQ from Gardenbox and the advise I received from Rick in particular was absolutely first class. I would go so far to say that if you are considering buying a BBQ contact Rick he is a mine of information and extremely helpful. From start to finish the whole process of purchase and delivery was very straight forward. I cannot recommend Gardenbox highly enough.

The only reason we have not given 5 stars is because our order had a couple of missing items and we are still yet to hear back from the company about when we should be expecting them, despite trying to follow this up several times. Up until then the customer service was faultless and really helpful. The furniture set itself is beautiful and we are really happy with it. I hope we hear about our missing items soon.
