I bought the Kamado xl bundle. This thing really does come with everything you would need to get the best out of your Kamado. I’ve used my Kamado a few times now both as a bbq and as an oven. It takes a little practice to get the vents right to maintain heat levels you need but once you get the hang of it it’s very easy and the cooking results are amazing. This is a heavy item but once in its cradle it’s very easy to move. Due to its weight delivery is critical. Right from the moment I placed my order gardenbox kept in touch via email to ensure that delivery was timed to suit me so that someone was home to receive the Kamado as opposed to just delivering regardless. Gardenbox without doubt went the extra mile regards delivery and I will use again and I would not hesitate to recommend gardenbox to anyone. The service provided was outstanding. Thank you gardenbox

I didn't receive a delivery date from Garden Box regarding my order of lawn fertiliser. When I contacted them they advised that the item was now end of line and would be difficult to source. I requested an alternative product which was quickly delivered and a small refund for price adjustment was also rapidly processed. Overall a good service but not quite in the 5 star category since I had to chase them up initially.
