Staff that put the customer first!!! When I decided on what I wanted it was a week lead time to delivery, when I said I wanted it quicker a few phone calls were made while I waited and my Napoleon bbq arrived at my house 2 days later.
Also a well stocked showroom with a good variety of products allowing you to compare models and brands. Staff have a good knowledge of the products.
