Excellent customer service! I had purchased 2 billiard spectator chairs and the hardware packet was missing for one of them. I left a message on Sunday & received a call early Monday morning. Eddie was very pleasant, apologized for the error, and had the hardware sent out to me the same day. He followed up with a text message and an email which included the tracking #. This is the best customer service experience I've had in years. I will definitely buy from Game Room Shop again.

I can’t attest to shipping,delivery, or the dartboard itself yet, but what I can say is the purchasing experience was beyond 5 stars. I dealt with Dylan the owner. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating to my questions and concerns about the dartboard and the overall purchase. I almost felt like i was in a store dealing with a person who was going to take care of everything to suit my needs. Very impressed with the company and customer service at this point.
