I purchased a light from the vendor and was then told that the ship date would not be known until the supplier came back to work. During the time I was waiting, I found another vendor who had the light in stock. Even thought his was a special circumstance and the retailer could not tell me when my product would be shipped, I was still charged a fee for cancelling the order. I'm sure that the retailer was within his rights to charge the fee but I am not happy with the decision nor will I purchase from this site.

We love our new pool table! Dylan helped us out on the chat and on the phone, and 9 days later our pool table arrived. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had. I'll be honest - at first we thought this was a scam because it seemed too good to be true ($500 off full price!) We spent a LOT of time confirming everything was real and eventually made the leap. We are so glad we did! Dylan went above and beyond to help us confirm that both he and his company were valid (haha), and he was very understanding of our concerns.
