My item finally shipped after 4 months of The Game Room Shop holding my money. Every correspondence I hand during the 4 months of The Game Room holding my money was initiated by me. Every time I asked about the status of my order, I was assured it would be shipped soon. I understand these are unprecedented times, however I should have received updates from the company without me asking when they are the ones holding my money.

I'm typically not one to write reviews, but found it necessary to share the amazing customer service experience provided. Dylan was exceptional from beginning to end. His follow up and communication through the process was surely the reason for the success of our transaction. If he was unable to answer a question we had, he made sure to contact the right people to provide the proper information. Even after finding out the table we wanted was "out of stock," he followed through with providing alternatives and even going the extra mile to make sure the last table in stock was reserved for us. This transaction would not have happened without him, and I surely would not recommend using anyone else.
