Due to an error on my behalf my pool table was not able to be installed with the original white glove service. Carla was absolutely great. She initially established contact through the chat function as I started researching a pool table light. Due to time constraints of when my pool table was going to be delivered and set up, I wanted to be sure the light would arrive in time for its installation first. Carla said delivery would be in 5-7 business days, which would potentially be to late. I asked if there was a way to expedite, and she said that the only thing she could do was contact the manufacturer and request immediate shipment, but could not promise anything. For the sake of good customer service, she did not want to promise something that was out of her control. On that note, I ordered the light hoping it would arrive in time. Three days later it was on my porch, with plenty of time for installation. This probably would not have been the case without Carla going the extra mile to call the manufacturer, and it was greatly appreciated.
