Truly concerned about the customer. Exceeded my expectations with their customer service. My Valley table experienced manufacturing delays due to COVID but the people (Jason especially) at Game Room Shop stayed in contact with me from the time of the order until it arrived safe at my location. Normally, such a long delay would have really been an issue with me, even though the delay was not Game Room Shops fault. But because of Game Room Shops professionalism and attention to their customers they constantly checked with the manufacturer and kept me up to date about the progress of my order. Not only would I do business with them in the future, I am recommending them to everyone who wants any of the products they sell and support….

Fantastic online experience. I placed my order and received it in 2 days. Due to timing, I opted to pick the package from the delivery company so I could have it for the weekend.
