Game Room Shop was right on time for me. I wanted to purchase an NFL chair for my husband, and of course, every website and store was sold out but Game Room Shop. I was a little skeptical at first because I have never heard of Game Room Shop, but I was adamant about having this chair as a gift for my husband. After reading the reviews, I took a chance on this dealer and glad I did. When we received the chair, there was a missing piece. But in less than a week, we received the missing part. A few bumps in getting the table here with all its parts but got it installed yesterday and it is perfect! Totally love it and it plays really smooth. Nice having it be a one stop shop where the delivery and set up is all in the price. Very happy!

Love the Centrefold 25. My family will enjoy for years to come. I sure wish we would have had room downstairs for it. My only regret is having to carry upstairs (w/ a 180* turn). Hardest task I’ve done in a while (2 grown men). Regardless, I’m glad I went with quality. Too, Game Room Shop handled the shipping very fast (with 1 week to Christmas).

I placed an order for the Spider 360 2000 dartboard machine from Game Room Shop on 12-8-20. Mariam was extremely helpful in calling the manager at Spider to ensure the machine was shipped on time and arrived before the date I requested. This is so much more then a dart board. It's a gaming machine with tons of games, great graphics and more then I could have asked for. The price is fixed by the manufacture but with the coupon from Game Room Shop I saved a few dollars. The experience from ordering to delivery was perfect and I appreciate all of their help. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Thanks again.

We purchased a Warrior Professional Foosball Table from Game Room Shop. Service was outstanding. Delivery was speedy. The Foosball table itself is not near the quality of the bar room tables of the seventies. The elevated corners could be designed better as the ball is out of reach quite often but we bought some smooth balls and they keep rolling better than the textured balls that come with the table, though they are noisier. The rods are high quality as are the "rod bearings". This should fill our needs nicely. As far as customer service, it would be hard to beat Game Room Shop.
