This table tennis top is an excellent addition to our pool table. Working with the game room shop to order ship and track item was awesome. Customer service above expectation.

First its important to point out that lead time to obtain my bar was terribly long, the item was ordered on June 25 2021 and was delivered January 27,2022. I commend the Game Room Shop in both on going up dates through out the long wait and I especially want to send a personal thank you to the owner who proved that it was manufacturing issue and the delay was not the Game Room Shop. Thank You Sir. As to the bar, it is everything we expected and more. It was packed very carefully and we received it undamaged. The assembly took some time time but it really was not that difficult with two people . The wood finish is excellent ... as I said we love it ... Thank You Again Game Room Store.

Looked them up online with no recommendation from anyone and after my first conversation with Dylan and his team, I just had a good feeling about working with them. Now, that all my new toys are in place, I cannot say enough nice things about Game Room Shop and Dylan. Packages were received damaged (many rips and tears in boxes) and driver dropped off without signature. I took pictures and sent to Game Shop. The folks at Game Shop immediately put me in contact with the Warrior rep. Without fanfare they walked me through the process. Fortunately, the Warrior table parts are basically double boxed and no damage to parts was found. The table assembled without issue and is working as expected.

I am happy to update my review based on Game Room Shops response to a number of the issues we experienced with our order of the Warrior Foosball table. I left an original review on the 7th of January and received an emailed response back from Dylan who is the owner at Game Room Shop. He did seem very concerned about the situation and was very helpful in getting all our issues resolved. We finally received the order about the 9th of January. It unfortunately came slightly damaged. Once we received it and discovered this we reached back out to Dylan at Game Room Shop and he again was very helpful with getting things taken care of. He helped us get a rebate as well as a new table top (the biggest part of the Foosball table) sent out from their supplier (Warrior). In the meantime, we were able to set up the slightly damaged Foosball table and use it. They did not request we send it back which was appreciated so we didn’t have to delay our kids use of their Christmas present further. Based on our experience and Dylan's commitment to help make all the issues we experienced right, we feel this is a quality company and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new game table. I believe our initial experience was kind of a fluke deal and out of the control of Game Room Shop, more of an issue with their Vendor and the shipping company. We have been happy with the Warrior Foosball table. Seems like a solid product and our kids have been having a great time with it. Play it nearly every day.
